The screws holding the plastic supports stripped out of both sides, and not long after that, both plastic pieces completely broke off. Waste of money.

The plastic broke after a day's use and screws came off very easily. I tried to get it exchanged and they said they'd have to charge me a 50% restocking fee, which is totally not worth it. I had one of these with my first child four years ago but looks like the quality deteriorated since then.

I'm really disappointed in this. With such a great star rating and for the price I thought I was buying a nicer quality easy rocker I could gently sway baby in while I rest on the couch. Wrong. The Moses basket slides up and down in the MUCH to long frame, it does not have an even rock- and you have to constantly adjust the basket to center, and the icing on the cake is that after literally TWO uses- the plastic backing on one side that needs to be screwed in completely ripped off. Now the only thing it is good for is keeping my baby off of the cold floor. I wouldn't recommend this product.
