Still like these pans

I love the construction of the Doughmaker pans. However, I wish it was an 8" pan instead of 9". Most recipes call for the 8" size. I've used it twice with recipes calling for 8" pans. One was a cake and the layer was to thin. The other was bar cookies and they were fine. Since everything I bake is from scratch, I never use box mixes, sometimes it's hard to adjust a recipe to fit a pan.
This is a great cookie sheet. Just what I needed for biscuits.

Okay, the second time I used this puppy it warped in the oven and I almost sent it back, but keep reading! I got mad and pulled it out of the oven and went "What the heck?" It went right back into completely level shape. Somehow, I guess the 1st oven usage past 400 "primed" it somehow. I use this mostly for cookies and biscuits (at 350 and 425) and never have an issue. It's extremely non stick and always cleans up nicely. I did a lot of research before I got a new cookie sheet because I was tired of buying a new one every 6-8 months and this is the best one I found. I'm extremely pleased.
A great purchase

My absolutely favorite brand of baking pan. I own several other sizes of the Doughmakers' jelly roll pan, but had never seen this size before, so I thought I'd check it out. It has the same very sturdy, well made qualities that I love -- does not warp like cheaper brands, is aluminum with a pebbly finished that washes easily and looks very distinctive. With a cooling rack fit inside, it also makes a large batch of perfectly cooked bacon in the oven. I'll be able to make more cookies at one time also, so I'm really looking forward to that. Even though it says "nonstick" in the pan name, I think that make refer to the pebbly finish that makes food easily come off and clean -- it does not have a typical nonstick finish that many pans have. In my opinion, that is a good thing because I don't have to worry about some finish coming off in the future.
Excellent in every way

I keep saying I'm not going to buy anymore bakeware. Sigh. I haven't used a 9x9 pan in so many years I tossed my old one for some extra space. Wouldn't you know I come across a killer recipe in which the best results come from a 9x9. There's so much junk bakeware out there today, the reviews for Doughmakers brand intrigued me enough to try one.
Wow, the quality. I knew from the materials that it would bake well, but the cleanup alone is worth owning it. What an awesome design. I don't yet have to worry about where to put it either, because that coffee cake was so good it's been requested every three days. You'd think they'd be sick of it.
It looks like I'll be replacing my 9x13 with a Doughmaker also. I miss having a matching metal lid, and DM has one for theirs.

Easy to Clean

I ordered this based on the reviews but was a little leery because it did not have the traditional nonstick coating. Using it the first time this evening to make a pizza, the toppings and cheese that oozed between the pieces when cut. I was worried about clean up, but surprisingly, despite the lack of a nonstick coating, the mess cleaned with ease. It seems this is going to be easy to keep clean. I know some of you call that eventual build up on a pizza pan and other pans "seasoning" and seem to enjoy it, but I think it looks wretched and gross and want no part of it. I just a sparkling clean pan.
