Lea and Perrins has been bottled in amber glass for as long as I can remember and I am old. The bottle I ordered and received was bottled in clear glass. It will have an effect on the flavor over time, so buyer beware. Worcestershire sauce tends to sit in the pantry for a long time as it's not typically used in everything you cook. If you go through it really fast, the clear bottle shouldn't be an issue, but its flavor will degrade over time due to being constantly exposed to light.
The original is the best!
