Had product just outside the 30 day return window and Unit would not play DVD's. Contacted Coby and they have you pay $10 to ship it to and from their business, so you end up paying $20 more to have them fix their cheap product. Coby returned the product broken, and they again expect you to pay another $20. Worst Customer Service, would rather pay the extra $20 originally to buy a quality product.

Bought this last minute for a road trip - needed to keep our small child happy. It was a good price, it shipped quickly and was set up and ready to run in no time. All in all, we're happy. If it was something for my husband or I to use on a regular basis, we may ahve spent more money and looked for some upgraded features. But for our purposes, it was money well spent and it made for an easier trip.
