I had to watch a few videos on YouTube to figure out how to use this. I did figure it out. I also found videos on YouTube about how to control blood sugar through diet so with the help of my dietician I have changed my diet. Everyone is different so you just have to figure out what is best for you as far as an eating plan. I believe our health care system in this country is sad so I just research things on my own and do whatever works to make me feel better
Low life batteries

I purchased this in order to monitor my ketogenic nutrition program. It works as expected but the batteries it cane with are junk. They are in need of replacing and I've only tested my levels twice.

Nice little glucometer. I have only used it two days but its perfect for a quick check of sugar results in five seconds. Uses small drop of blood. Came with everything needed to get started. Monitoring blood sugars. Would definitely recommend. The price is right. You don't need any bells or whistles when this gets the job done. I love that itscso small and not cumbersome likevsomevother models. I even accidentally droppedbit on the floor a couple times and nothing broke. Still works.
Didn't work

Despite following instructions exactly, this monitoring system gave an inconclusive result with almost every reading. Out of 10 test strips, only one worked. Not sure if it is a problem with the unit or the strips themselves, but I wouldn't recommend this.
Solid performance

Switched the wife from her more expensive tester. We checked the readings against her other unit several times. Not off by more than 2%. Rounding error. No big deal. It's been working great. My only criticism is the case sucks.
