Absurd Amount of Money for a Can of Filling!

I chose three stars because it is so highly priced here, it's ridiculous. I got mine for $2.49 at my local grocery store. The product was good, but you have to watch it because it can end up more like a pudding than a solid pie filling. I made my own crust; hate those pre-fab freezer crusts in the stores. Then I took a 'crustless pumpkin pie" recipe and fitted it with it. My pie was good because, excuse my conceit, my crust is great, but again, there was nothing to distinguish this filling.
