Not made for a 5'4" woman! It works ok, but it is a little unwieldy/ very heavy. It also doesn't stay very cold for very long

Slides down my shoulder when I move, I had to fasten another belt to the top to hold it in place.

Shocked at other positive reviews of for. Surprisingly has very poor design and poor fit. This is not like most elasto-gel products which I really like. After major shoulder surgery i was hoping to rely on this sleeve. I have a standard physique. And still the fit is poor -- the top doesn't sit right and slips down easily. the strap around the arm has no purpose since the sleeve is super narrow and the only strap that holds the main section in place (top that sits on your shoulder) is a thin strap around the chest that can't keep the sleeve in place bc it's heavy. the cold is fantastic but comfort is terrible. Plus this is not for people with a recent injury -- a good bit heavy, tough to slide in and keep on. again recommend other elasto-gels -- have two others-- but not the shoulder sleeve at all. Big regret on purchase and now using a smaller elasto gel.

After extensive searching for the best shoulder wrap, I purchased the elasto-gel. I have soft tissue damage to my bicep and some issues with my shoulder not being aligned correctly after a mishap at the gym. Initially, I really loved the wrap. I wish it could stay cooler longer but otherwise found it very soothing and easy to put on. I stored the wrap correctly and never got it wet. Unfortunately, after two weeks of use, the material covering the shoulder wrap began to fall apart exposing the gel substance underneath. The cuff of the sleeve was completely worn through and there were several other spots throughout the wrap. I called Amazon and returned the item for a full refund. I purchased the small/ medium and there is a cloth fabric that covers the wrap. The Velcro to the sleeve would also get stuck on fabric causing it to become pulled. Thought this wrap would be great but I am back to my search again.

This pack is very unique. Most simply take generic rectangle packs and add some material around it, resulting in 'dead zones' where the stitching is.
These guys actually made this thing such that it is one gigantic custom-made icepack! The entire thing gets cold and stays that way for a good duration.
Unlike most pads, the gel doesn't squish around. They use some kind of material as the icepack part, which is like part foam and part gel...it compresses some but doesn't actually squish like a liquid.

I am quite happy with this pack. Shoulder is a hard area to make a pack that will fit everyone perfectly for all positions (standing, laying down, etc), so I think they did an excelleng job.
