Way back in the '80s and '90s these Graham crackers used to be just smothered in sugar. These days they are much less sweet but the flavor of honey and cinnamon still comes through. This makes them a nice little desert snack when you don't want something super sweet. It's also easier to use them in cooking such as making pie crusts, add just the amount of sugar you want. Also great to eat with ice cream!
