Fresh taste, not too sweet. Enjoyable treat.

Very fresh. Upon arrival in my Prime Pantry box I noticed the expiration date is months away. Nice size, too, so they have little chance of getting stale after opening, my family will surely enjoy these animal crackers for occasional snacks. I appreciate that they're not overly sweet. Packaging was adequate to prevent crushing during shipping, too.

These are NOT the way they used to be. I'm not sure if it's because now they are chemically balanced to have a longer shelf life or what. But they taste HORRIBLE! I even had a few other people taste them and they had the same opinion, they just aren't what they used to be. Very disappointed!

Love Barnum's Animals since the 1960s!! A great shortbread tasting, little cookie that is not overly sweet. It's just right. They are my go to nibbles when I'm feeling sick to my stomach.

Barnum animal crackers are usually my best but for some reason these did not meet my expectation. They tasted off.
