So, all GF is expensive. These are priced comparably to "S~~~~" GF tortillas; so, I said reasonable value.
What I like so much better than the competitor is the flexibility/fold ability of these. I made GF beef enchiladas, which were baked covered with enchilada sauce. When I used the competitors' products, the results were falling apart and soggy/gummy. I made my enchiladas with these original wraps. I did stuff and wrap the enchiladas, then toast the outside of the wrap before covering in enchilada sauce. Even my gluten-loving family loved these!

After weighing the pros and cons of writing this review, I wanted to share the great news, but didn't want to risk these getting sold out. I've had celiacs for 20+ years and tortilla shells were that one area where I'd often suffer the consequences of eating flour shells but not anymore.
I recommend warming these on the stove or in the microwave for 15 secs, prior to filling because they fold better when warm. The tortilla itself is chewy and very similar to a regular shell. I've made burritos, tacos, and quesadillas as well as sandwich wraps.
