The printer was dead on arrival. to make things worse, the ink cartidges were broken and ink was everywhere. the box, printer and packaging were covered in ink. After cleaning up all the ink and buying more the printer will not turn on.

So Bad
Denise KJune 26, 2011
I write reviews on the biggest curve, if I give a bad review, its because its REALLY bad - usually I just keep my mouth shut. This printer is awful. I have to do a nozzle cleaning every time I print. I've wasted so many printable dvds over printing, seeing lines or weird coloration, I'll clean the nozzle which wastes a ton of ink and then I'll print with no lines but really, no saturation or contrast.... the printer is awful even when it's doing a good job. Also, half the time it doesn't even turn on right, it says its out of ink when I just replaced it, the ink that comes from Epson always has a faulty color so you have to call them, have them tell you to shake the ink cartridge nine times before they'll send you a new one and then, you have to wait for the new one! Unbelievable!! I hate having to create dvds because it means I have to spend an entire afternoon working with this printer - trying to get it to work and turn on and recognize that it has ink. For goodness sake. If anyone knows a good alternate, let me know!
