It tastes okay. It's way better than some dandelion root teas which I find awful, and maybe it's because it's a blend. I don't use it as a coffee replacement so much as for the benefits of dandelion root. The flavor is kind of like a very weak coffee or maybe a black tea sans caffeine. It doesn't have the depth and complex bitterness of a good coffee though. It has a kind of earthy flavor. I drink two spoonfuls in 8 oz hot water with a dash of cinnamon and a splash of half n half.

This beverage as a great taste and aroma that satisfies my past affection for coffee. I can enjoy a similar drink to coffee with my favorite snacks now without all the harmful effects of regular coffee. It's very easy to make and I would reccomend it (and do!) to friends and family. I only wish more restaurants and cafes carried it so I could have it when I'm eating out!

It makes a good hot beverage, but it's a bit foamy when mixed with water. I like that I can make it at night if I want something coffee-like but with no caffeine. It would probably make a good iced tea too.

This stuff is really good. I bought it for a recipe, but it's so good I am blending it half and half with real good expensive coffee to help cut the caffeine but still keep the taste.
