Sturdy And Easy To Install But Not A Space Saver
Nicky N✓ Verified Purchase•January 9, 2018
Consider this review to be 3.5 stars. We purchased these rollout drawers to organize our deep pantry cabinets and make more use of the space.
Pros:
1) Very easy to install using only a screwdriver and a drill. It can be done in about 5 mins once you install the first drawer and figure out where the 4 screws need to go.
2) Sturdy construction that will hold up well with heavy pantry items or pots and pans
Cons:
1) Rollout drawers do not extend all the way out so if you have deep cabinets, you're going to have that space in the back that you still can't access without pulling everything out first. The drawers roll out to just a little more than half its length.
2) If you're trying to organize to make more space, think again. The drawer sits on top of a gliding frame and the frame itself requires an extra 1.75 inch of space for the roller to glide on. If you look at some of the pictures people have posted of their pantries, you see some people put cans of tuna in between this elevated space. For every shelf that you plan to install one of these drawers on, you need to consider losing out on almost 2 inches of vertical space for the gliders beneath the drawers.

Great product, but make sure it fits your cabinet.

This is a good product and does exactly what you want it to do. However! If you have a cabinet with any lip, you will need to figure out a way to put a riser on the lower rack. My cabinets have about a 5/8" lip from the bottom floor to the door frame. I used a piece of Vinyl/PVC trim to slide under and boost the lower rack up enough to clear the lip. This solution cost me $10 for 5 drawers, and I very much recommend it. I'll post pictures if I can get them to load. For extra stability (read this weak cabinet floors), I used a construction adhesive to bond the PVC riser to the cabinet floor AND the steel rack. Then I used the provided screws. It took me about 60 minutes to install 5 of these drawers including measuring, cutting, and properly placing the risers. You can see a little bit of the drying adhesive in the pictures, but from a standing height, you really can't. YMMV
The end result is a smooth sliding drawer. The wire rack is great for dishes, heavy pots/pans, or appliances. I have a heavy steel All-Clad Belgian waffle maker with a few other appliances in one. And about 5 high carbon heavy steel pans in another. No issues. Smaller items will not be as great like utensils or the mixer ends for a KitchenAid. Just FYI.

Pull-Out Trays: Enjoy Putting Things Away!

I'm new to the concept of roll-out cabinet organizers, so when I read the positive reviews for Lynk products, I wasn't entirely convinced my kitchen would really benefit. Wow, was I surprised! While some organizers take up valuable storage space, these metal organizers are rather compact and are proving to be quite sturdy, despite the heavy weight they bear. The drawers slide out smoothly and the rails are low enough to accommodate pot handles without letting everything slide around. Installation is easy for anyone handy with tools. I've now purchased several Lynk cabinet organizers. By just adding a few pull-out trays to my kitchen, I find myself accidentally putting things away instead of placing them on the counter to deal with later.
Solid, will hold a lot of weight, but wastes a lot of vertical space.

I bought about 8 of these before installing any of them in a house I recently bought. They are solid, slide easily and will hold quite a bit of weight. With decent mounting screws (see below), installation is a breeze. On the downside, they sit so high, you lose a full 2 inches of vertical space (as measured from the mounting surface to the top of the shelf that items sit on). I looked at some other makes that I have in the cabinets in one of my houses, and they variously eat up 1.25 and 1.5 inches of vertical space. The two inch loss for these Lynks isn't an issue in my pantry, but it means some of the pots I have won't fit underneath cabinets if I use these. I need at least 6 more, but will look for a brand that has lower slides. Believe it or not, I tested 4 different pots that won't work with these, but would work with only another 3/8 inch clearance. A really minor point is that the screws are cheap (soft). They continued to strip out even after I pre-drilled holes. What should be a 60 second installation can turn into a cuss fest if you are mounting onto hard wood. These things aren't cheap, and the manufacturer could spend another nickle per unit and get better hardware.
Solid Construction, Smooth Operation, and an unexpected bonus...

I rarely give five stars, though I am always inclined to write when I do so that "rarely" may seem somewhat skewed. I found this product here at Amazon, though purchased it from a brick and mortar, because I could pick it up same day, but I had to share this review here for he benefit every one here. This Roll-Out Cabinet Drawer is very well made. Solid in construction and smooth in operation. Installation could not have been easier unless someone else does it, but don't let them, you'll do it better. I have nerve damage in my left arm which leaves my left hand partially dysfunctional, and this took me 15 minutes to install as flawlessly as it could be done by anyone. The design of the this drawer and the instructions provided made this amazingly easy, you would have to put some effort into getting it wrong. Another reason that I love this particular roll-out (14w" x 21d" x 4h"), the "bonus" is because I am pairing it with two trash/recycle bins from Ikea (Variera 6/7gal.) for my trash and recycling under my kitchen sink, and these two unrealted procucts could not fit and work together better if they were made to do so. The bins are exactly the right width (the feet on them fit precisely adjacent to the wires which run from the front to the back of the roll out and with about 1/4" play between the wires that run from side to side) so they're very stable, they don't wobble at all, on the base of the roll out. The two of them fit in tandem leaving exactly enough room behind them on the roll out for a carton of Biobags and a box of the trash bags that we use. Amazing!
