During Covid-19 and it was impossible to find bread, we bought a cheap bread maker and started making our own bread. And then it became impossible to find bread flour--so, we started buying from Amazon. No issues with quality--no bugs, no moisture, etc.

Originally bought King Aurther only, but started using this with no noticible difference other than being slightly cheaper.
Amazing!!

This flour is fantastic, for the price you get a lot of flour and its great to make simple bread recipes and its very easy to use, it doesn't clump very much and it is very fine.

The media could not be loaded. Italian here and in Friday night my stomach was growling and I didn't feel like going out to the grocery. Instead I decided to break out the Gold Medal Bread Flour and make a homemade pizza dough. The prices is made so simple that I decided to show you how easy the dough is to make and how you can use your air fryer to bake you Pizza or my homemade Pizza Pop-Overs. From start to finish I was eating in just 60 minutes!!
If you look online Gold Medal Bread Flour lists the complete instructions to making the simple dough. You're just basically combining the high protein, bigger gluten flour with a package of Fast Rising Yeast, about a teaspoon of sugar and some salt, a few tablespoons of olive oil or any vegetable oil and warm water (120F). You can use your electric hand mixer for about 3 minutes and you'll want a sticky dough consistency but add enough flour so it's not sticking to your big mixing bowl. Use your hands to knead the dough for a couple of minutes and then Place on a dry and gently floured sheet pan and cover gently with plastic wrap. Allow to rise 30 minutes. I others my sure fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I took about 1/4 the amount of pizza dough and used my hands to stretch it to cover the smaller baking dish you'll see in photos. I covered the bowl with the dough and then added my favorite pizza sauce, some extra Italian oregano, salt and pepper to taste and I also added some fresh garlic. I used Italian sausage as a topping, along with fresh sweet peppers that were cut in different shapes and placed liberally on the sauce with the small amount of sausage. Once I had it just the way I wanted I gently took the edges of the pizza dough and pulled out towards me and then back in to cover like I was folding a towel. I did that again and then placed the baking dish into the fryer for 11 minutes. Perfect Pete's Pizza Pop Overs that you'll make from start to finish in about an hour.
