If it survive and holds up then this is easily a 5 star product

Got worried because it's definitely cheap wood. Little advice, don't tighten the bolts until they are all in, otherwise they won't line up properly. The box definitely leaked grease when cooking a 68 lbs pig so I would definitely lay a tarp down (might have just been because we brined the pig for two days so there was a lot of moisture in it.)

All in all, it was simple to use, came as advertised, and a huge success. The real test will be in a few months when we do another one and again in December when we take it tailgating. If it survive and holds up then this is easily a 5 star product.
Good for entertaining.

Easy to put together (if I can do it anyone can) with easy to follow instructions, for the most part. This takes up a lot of room, so unless you're going to deep pit a lot, or have lots of room at your house, this may not be the way to go. It sits low, so remember that if you have trouble bending down to pick up heavier objects.

We roasted a small, thin pig and it only took a couple of hours. Obviously the fatter the pig the longer it should take.

If you're going to have a lot of people over this is a good way to prepare a lot of protein.
We did a practice pig the week before 4th of July just to make sure it was as easy to cook as we thought it would be

My son had wanted to do a pig roast for a couple years and we finally agreed to it. I started doing research and found that we could rent one for a week for about the same price that we could buy the Casa Caja for. It arrived in two days and I put it together in less than an hour. We did a practice pig the week before 4th of July just to make sure it was as easy to cook as we thought it would be. It was so easy! The practice pig was 64 pounds and the second pig was 62 pounds. They both fit in the box (not sure I would go much bigger than 65 pounds unless you cut the legs off) The pork was excellent! We will be doing this again in the near future.
Amazing!

I had my doubts ordering this because of a LOT of negative reviews. But am glad I did end up buying this as this has got to be one of the best pig roasts I've done all by myself.

Pros:
"¢ clean up will NOT be an issue
"¢ easy to use / just read the instructions
"¢ easy to set up
"¢ product comes out perfect if I follow the suggested rules
"¢ mine wasn't cheaply made and should last a long time

Cons:
"¢ the charcoal grate broke/came loose towards the end while shaking off the excess ash
Perfecto
