Amazing..I've processed beef bones ..it held temp..I've also done apples for juice and apple sauce so far..awesome and it is lightweight so cleanup is easier than my last roaster..The one problem I had was when you first get it you need to boil off..1.5 cups water 30 minutes on high heat then wash, dry and you're good to go

I like that is not only to roast, it can grill and boil, plus it keeps food warm. I made barbacoa overnight, cooked a few rotisserie style chickens at the same time, I cooked a big amount of pasta for a party and I kept it warm all the time! And the best part is the lid! A transparent window to check the food without opening. It comes with good cooking instructions for different proteins and foods. Great thing is I can cook more things now at the same time bevause in a oven is hard to fit a lot of things or Cook them at different temperature.

This thing is bigger than the photos make it seem. I couldn't find reviews or photos that actually confirmed a 26+lb turkey would fit so was very happy when it fit perfectly.
