I bought these like everyone else, on the dream they would help me to lose a couple of extra pounds. They did not. However, what they did help me to do was feel very shakey and not well in my stomach.
This could be just me, but I am NOT usually sensitive to anything of this sort.
I did have energy though but it wasnt worth it for me.
