My second time buying this product and I won't stop. Let me just say, I am 48 with EXTREMELY thick, wiry, dark hair and this is the first product that really works for me. My hair poofs out daily even without humidity. It is prone to dryness and brittleness because of thyroid issues as well. Only a few sprays for my long hair and it becomes unbelievably manageable. I have to blow dry regularly because it would take hours to dry naturally and this also seems to protect from damage. My hair is shinier and bouncier. The first leave in that I have used that doesn't weigh my hair down or leave it feeling filmy or oily. Wish I had this sooner.

This is not the real it's a 10 product. This bottle has been refilled with another brand of rinse out conditioner. It was shrink wrapped, but I could tell it wasn't done by factory. When I opened the wrapping I could see a label had been peeled off of the bottle. This product does not smell the same, does not feel the same, does not look the same as the original product. I was very skeptical before making this purchase because I had read other reviews saying the same, but I was giving the seller the benefit of the doubt because... who does that? Very disappointed! Do not buy.

The product I received damaged my hair. It dried my hair out & caused breakage. I have used this product for years without ever having an issue. I have not changed anything about how I treat my hair or what I put on it in a very long time. I compared the ingredients of the product I received from here... to 2 bottles of 'It's a 10' I bought at Ulta bought in 2 different Ulta's at different times. The ingredients of the 2 bottles from the two Ultas do NOT match what I ordered here. The two bottles from the two Ultas have the exact same ingredients to each other and were both manufactured in the exact same place. The product I ordered here was not manufactured in the same place and does not have the exact same ingredients. Now I get to deal with damaged hair. Do your homework people and be careful where you buy from.

Terrible product and selling store has no refund no return policy. Followed by the instruction. After few minutes my hair were all Glued together where I applied this product on. It's production quality and safety issue not a customer preference isssue. I don't see why Amazon can allow NO RETURN policy from this selling store.

I have hair that's not quite wavy and not quite curly. It naturally forms large ringlets in places but also gets frizzy in others.
I've had problems with other frizz control products because they tended to either be for curls or straight hair, so they either didn't work or made my hair stiff and awkward. This stuff doesn't feel stiff but works to make my hair look awesome.
It works best if I put it on wet and then leave my hair alone while it air dries. I will say watch out for going outside/ in the wind while your hair is still drying, it really works much better if it can get dry in a controlled environment.
I love that I don't have to get it all over my hands and it doesn't feel sticky. Simply the best stuff.
The ONLY downside is that I personally hate the smell. Not a dealbreaker, though, and it doesn't seem to linger on my hair, I just have to suck it up while spraying it on.
