Trusty but Rusty

This is basically a silly product, but it does have its moments... You'll be very glad to have these from time to time.
My biggest gripe is that they started to rust almost immediately, so they need to be dried thoroughly after each use. Yeah, right. All those finicky little grooves? Maybe use a hair dryer? I don't THINK so... Still, they're kinda fun.

These scissors making chopping certain herbs easier than using a knife. The scissors work best with large leaves such as basil. That being said, they don't save that much time over just using a knife. These are not a "must have" kitchen item, but they are helpful in certain circumstances.

Meh, this product is good in theory but the herbs get caught in between the blades so I have to take a knife between them to get out and use my cut herbs. It's faster for me just to use a pair of regular kitchen scissors. Drying it is also difficult because the water sits between the blades just like the herbs do and I can't get a drying rag in there.

I decided to buy the scissors because of great reviews posted. I like how it makes cutting herbs easier. However, I've only used it once and noticed that brownish substance that suspiciously looking like rust started forming all over the blades.
Extremely disappointed on the quality. Can't understand how stainless started rusting. Will be returning the scissors and going back to old fashioned herb chopping.

Wow what can I say, these are great they have made cooking/prep time a snap. They cut herbs and garnishes with ease. Everything is the same size this is helpful for those of us that like to make the dishes with garnish. They are easy to clean and store they come with their own cover to prevent you from getting cut, and they are really sharp. I cannot say enough good things about these scissors, except I am seriously thinking of these for a stocking stuffer
