all of my babies have sensitive skin that doesn't work well with store bought ones. I used these and they work quite well. fyi, you don't need a lot because it's very thick. you only need to put on a super thin layer on and it works wonders. I do wash my babies every night and put on a new layer so the skin can breathe. If it's a bad rash, I would say using it about 2-3 days works wonders, but wash nightly with a new layer would help as well. No scent which is a bonus for me. My babies don't get irritated with these unlike the store bought ones. Definitely try if your baby has sensitive skin
