My pies always turn out to be wonderful tasting. There are other uses for it but i have only used it for pie crust. The nice thing for me is that it doesn't have any dairy products in it. All you ad is water.

Although, the box was slightly bent at edges, the product performed as expected, especially against a competitor boxed pie crust mix. The dough rolled out smooth. The fininshed product was tasty and flaky. Another successful peach cobbler in the books.

I'm bummed because this was so inflated a price I should have sent it back, but I honestly thought I was getting 3 or 4 boxes. I checked on Walmart site just to compare, and I got a much better price. The product itself is heaven sent. I can't make a decent pie crust from scratch to save my life, and this one is better than any store-bought pie crust I've ever tried. Next time though, if I can't find a better price on Amazon, I'll buy from Walmart. The box says it makes 4 crusts for every two cups of mix. I found I like to make a deep dish pie and have a bit extra in case I need to patch, so 4 crusts is a good estimate but probably for an 8 inch pie. You just have to consider hiw you want to use it. I just love it.

My apple pie came out wonderful. It was easy to roll out and the taste was great.
