The handle didn't go down smoothly. I had to fidget with it. Also both cases were a little smaller than expected. As a carry-on the larger case was a little smaller than the airline required. The small case was pretty useless and I left it at home.

I love this bag! It holds alot more than I expected and was a great value. I dont have time to figure out the strategic packing arrangement so it won't tip forward but I solved the problem with super glue and cabinet bumpers.

My wife used these for our trip abroad which included 6 flights and one train trip. We even checked the carry on bag a few times since we had to check another bag anyway, while keeping the personal item bag in the plane with us. The carry on survived the baggage handling and miraculously none of our checked bags were lost. My carry on had four wheels and was much easier to maneuver, especially with a personal item attached to the handle, which is the only reason I give this bag two wheel bag 4 stars for handling.

Got this to replace a carry-on suitcase that got manhandled during a recent flight. Unfortunately, even with the expanding top, the volume is a lot less than my previous suitcase that fit . Seems well built, but the 4 wheels really take up space that could be used for additional storage inside the suitcase within the same exterior dimensions. Trying to decide whether to keep or return due to the smaller than expected size.
Make sure you read the dimensions because it's in fine print!

I like it just fine except I thought it was going to be bigger! The ad for it just doesn't make that clear enough you have to go searching for the dimensions of the bag!! The small bag is exactly that a small bag.
