How to install the Filter?
Frank Inselbuch✓ Verified PurchaseSeptember 7, 2023
The drawing appears to show that the filter should be installed with the pointy end up... is that correct? It seems to fit snugly the other way around. And not at all in the orientation shown in the manual.
Very happy with my Ingersoll Rand 210G

I am so glad I got this sprayer, it produces professional results and works great. It is very well made and you will not be disappointed; clean up usually takes me about 10 minutes to get it all clean using latex based paints. I have not tried oil based or stains yet, but I plan to. On a side note, it works even on my little air compressor (emglow 4gal E810-4v, now called a Jenny...) It is 4.0 SCFM delivered @ 90 PSI. It runs constantly when using the sprayer, but I usually let the air compressor catch up often. It would be nice to use a bigger compressor, but I don't have one. I would not try painting a house using my small compressor, but for doors, and smaller paint projects it great. A water separator is a must, and I would get a pressure regulator valve with gauge at the gun also, so you could turn the PSI all the way up at the pump and regulate it at the gun. It says 60psi max, but I run mine at about 60-80 since my PSI drops fast on my 4 gal compressor.
These little touch up guns just go and go and go.

Have had one for years and it has performed fantastically. Knocked the knob of the fan size adjustment, so finally bought a new one. Terrific little spray gun.
Solid choice!

I'm a professional scenic artist and this is a solid gun for the price. A bit on the heavier side but a favorite. I bought my mother one so I could paint her kitchen cabinets and ended up flying home with it... I then bought two more for the paint shop I manage.
Best cup construction

This gun has a superior cup. It is translucent so you can see exactly how much finish you have yet to spray. The lid screws on quite securely, and it is vented cleverly to avoid any accidental spilling and splashing.
The metal parts are crisply-finished and everything works together well.
Don't hesitate to try this gun.

...A year later...I have been using this gun quite a lot, and like it better all the time. Buy it.
