I love spicy food so thought I would try this. I bought a whole case and I'm glad I did. Believe me, I love spicy food, but the first time I tried this with just the noodles and optional spices, I almost couldn't finish it, it was so hot and spicy. Each package of noodles comes with five different types of seasoning in individual packets, so you can totally alter how the finished noodles taste. There are two packets with hot chilis, and I mean hot, like Thai pepper hot. I use all five packets but now I throw in a handful or two of mixed frozen vegetables while the noodles are cooking. It definitely helps tone down the heat to a little more manageable level. But as I said, all the seasonings are optional and can be adjusted.

I will definitely be ordering these again and again, by the case.

Indomie, Indom-getinsideme. This is without a doubt my new favorite noodle. And to think I've gone this long thinking soup was a prerequisite of ramen, nope. This stuff has 4 flavor packets, and a crunchy topping, for 30 cents? What? Top ramen, move over. I bought more sweet soysauce cause the sachet is for mice, and I need more. It's a refreshing change when making this since it opens up a wide range of possibilities due to it being a dry ramen. Make a vietnamese lime, fish sauce mixture to shower over noodles. Or throw in a beaten egg to make a type of carbonara with asian spices and a hint of lime. SO many possibilities for dry noodles. Not spicy at all though, and quantity is skewed. One is not enough, two is a lot. What to do? :( get fat, the answer is eat more, get fat, feel guilty, but satisfied.

1 bag is too small; 2 bag is too much but I always end up looking two anyway.

It's best cooked when the boiled water is entirely strained and the given sauces are well mixed while water is boiling.

I add sunny-side up egg on the side!

This ramen has a kick! It's some of the best tasting instant ramen I've every had.... extra seasoning packets inside really add depth to the overall flavor.

If you strain it a bit before adding seasoning, it's a really simple and fast meal when you add some rotisserie chicken.
