This package (including flavorings) with two eggs poached is a delicious, full breakfast that 'sticks to the ribs'. I tried replacement flavorings to save time opening packets but none were as good.
Really Good Nuddles!

Really great quality noodles as a base to customize to personal taste! I was surprised that I felt they needed a bit more salt, as these are not salty at all compared to what I can find locally. The seasoning packs (5 total) are two dry season packs, and three liquid packets. Keep in mind that all the seasonings are very subtle with the exception of the red chili sauce that will make the noddles very hot spicy using the whole packet. This morning I made them with a dash of smoked sea salt, ground sage, garlic, and cumin along with scrambled eggs and southern style breakfast sausage mixed in. Outstanding breakfast!

there are no number twos. this is number one. the rest of the noodle makers might as well give up at this point because these are superior in every way.
Pretty Good For Ramen - College Nostalgia

I taste tested this against a couple of other popular packets of ramen. The Sapporo Ichiban Chow Mein wasn't quite the cheapest, but it was reasonably priced compared to the competition and it was the best value for me, but this Korean ramen was a reasonably close second place overall and the tastiest out of the package by virtue of the oil and other liquid ingredients. I wish there was a bit more in the package for an American sized meal. With 3 ounce ramen packets, I'm tempted to cook two of them.

The flavor was very good for a packet of ramen. The ingredients were the typical laundry list of chemicals so this is definitely packaged convenience food and not health food, but some of the other ramen packets had longer lists of difficult to pronounce chemical names.

The complicated flavor packets were a major plus and minus. The seasonings aren't the typical packet of dried powder. There's oil and a sweet sauce, and dried onions. Those are what makes this so flavorful. On the down side, try as I might, the packets were very messy. After the seasoning process, I'd need to wash the oil and sauce off my fingers and from a pair of kitchen shears. To add insult to injury, I almost always use these noodles as the base for a stir fried dish with other ingredients, so I'm already adding oil, hoisin sauce, sesame sauce, chili paste... so the signature seasoning packets are less beneficial to me.

Honestly, I bought this for camping, but I've been eating it lately as a quick and easy lazy lunch. I do kick it up a notch. I make the noodles in the microwave, usually with some rehydrating soy nuggets (B07BC36S52) while I saute a small onion and a red pepper cut into thin strips with some minced garlic and ginger in coconut oil. I add the noodles at the end of the stir fry with some extra soy sauce and sanbal chili paste to season the veggies in addition to the chemical laden seasoning packet. It's not quite a three minute meal anymore, but still very quick and easy bachelor "cooking".
Delicious

Yes, the sodium levels are scary. Fact of life with instant noodles. As a last minute meal they are faster, cheaper and healthier than the drive through.
