These are awesome for back workouts. I have never gotten much into lifting weight and I always seemed to hurt my wrists when I would. My trainer at the gym recommended these. They work awesome, seem to be really sturdy. They definitely improve my grip, also giving me more to grab onto as I have bigger hands and a lot of weights will make them sore if the bar is thinner. Worth the money for sure.

Love these. Perfect for deads. The fitness gloves are good for lifting but my fingers were slipping on the bar for deads. This has definitely solved that problem and now I can even lift more.
