Didn't melt well or even remove hair

Did not melt, even after 10 minutes in microwave. I've used similar products before, but this didn't work at all. Once I got it to melt, it didn't take the hair off and stuck to my skin. I had to scrape it off and use oil to dissolve it

Took longer for wax to melt in microwave. Once applied and harden, the wax crumbled and I had to pry off but by bit. It's a waste.
The one advantage is this one's better for gentler skin

Maybe I just haven't mastered this one, but I much prefer the ones with strips. The one advantage is this one's better for gentler skin... you have to pry the wax off, and the way you do it isn't as much of a shock to your skin as when you pull of strips.

Have bought this items several times over the years. This time, the wax was not the same. Didn't melt properly, then when used it wouldn't peel off as normal. Cracked.... very odd.

Doesn't work as well as advertised, if you follow the instructions on how long your hair should be they're not accurate, if it's that long it doesn't work. It also doesn't heat up evenly and needs to be in the microwave at least 4 minutes before it even begins to soften.
