If I could give zero stars, I would. The wax took 4 1/2 minutes to melt and was just an awful goopy mess. I tested it out on a small area first and it ripped my skin off with very few hairs & left me with a rash/bumps. I've used other brands and they worked just fine, do not waste your money on this!

Sad because I used Nads products a long time ago when they advertised you could eat their product because it was all natural and it worked great then. This product is just too finicky. Difficult to use because the consistency has to be just right, not too hot not too cold. Also hard to get the whole thing melted to get the the right consistency way longer than the box says. Then if you leave it on too long it doesn't come off right and the wax breaks off in pieces. Also left me with bumps/rash after. All around bad product. Liked the idea just doesn't execute well.
