Had to rip out a 1 gang nailed in coax socket to replace a coax cable from the attic.
Tried to install this to the wall but struggled to screw it in my hand with out stripping the screws.

Fits into existing drywall without issues. Application used HDMI wall-plates and 1 foot long HDMI cable and through wall, from room 1 to room 2. Much easier to use and to route antenna and HDMI and audio cable than traditional low voltage blue box (unless you plan on cutting out a pass-through hole in the back of the low-voltage blue box). Check codes prior to use...and prepare to pull fishtape through fiberglass insulation in outside walls. Note, this type box is not fire-rated or closed, so low voltage, signal wire, and speaker wire is the product to use with...not 120 volt AC. Weatherbug.

The flapper screws were not driven into the frame in the factory. So prior to the installation first you have to use a Philips screwdriver that matches the head of the screws precisely (or you may abrade the screw heads) and then drive the screws in by the screwdriver not by a drill. Use a glove if you have sensitive palms as quite a bit of torque force is required! I also did the same for wall plate screws.
