Very easy installation and it comes with the gasket

So much quieter than the old blower!! Very easy installation and it comes with the gasket.
Perfect fit for Whitfield Quest

Perfect fit for Whitfield Quest, easy installation as well. This has sleeve bearings, which to my understanding do not last as long as ball, but for the price I could buy 3-4 of these, so I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Just what we needed

Worked great! Now our pellet stove is working again, thanks to my husband.
Plugged fan in and motor was bad. Being i altered it
Amazon Customer•November 12, 2016
Fan plate was wrong. Went to replace it, had to remove impeller to get plate on. Plugged fan in and motor was bad. Being i altered it, of course can't return. Someone needs to change what it fits, as I learned that Amazon isn't correct on what it fits. Had to go to a pellet stove website to get the correct fan and plate assembly.
Quiet

So far I love this motor. I've had one in each of my two stoves for a single season. It is much quieter than the stock blower motor. The original motor is also 3000 RPM, but at 1.6A. This motor is lower amperage, and as such is quieter. I'm not sure if it moves the same amount of air, however it moves enough air to keep a good burn on both the stoves. Also, it is much quieter; did I mention that?
The one drawback is the screw passages are not the slide over and hook type, so you have to completely remove the screws and then finagle the gasket and screws in place which can be done but will have you wishing for a third hand. This is a very small drawback to the all important fact that this motor is, yeah I'm going to say it again, much quieter.
