The rocket dog platform flip flops are amazing. They are a bit tall for my taste; however the foam is like walking on a cloud!

The Gold Standard of platform flip-flops! I have tried many brands, and Rocket Dog is by far superior. I have purchased many of these RD platform flip flops throughout the years - this is probably my 5th pair. The fit is perfect. The straps are tight when you first get them, but they stretch slightly to give a perfect fit - not too loose or too tight. I've had several off-brand shoes where the straps were too loose, and they quickly become unwearable and hazardous + the look is sloppy. The Rocket Dogs feel nice and secure, which is essential when wearing a platform!
I have never had a problem with the straps breaking, as I've seen others report. The only issue I've had in the past is that it is difficult to find size 6 in stock.

I've been buying these flip flops for almost 10 years and without fail the strap on at least one of every single pair has come apart from the shoe. Don't step on a pebble and have your foot fall to the side even one cm or the strap will come loose. There's only about one inch of strap glued inside the cushion. I just never throw away the good shoe and eventually end up with good "pairs." It's the most comfortable flip flop I've ever worn and that is why I buy them year after year after year

DO NOT BUY!!! I regret not listening to the other negative reviews. These are not the same quality as the Rocket Dog flip flops I have purchased in the past. I exchanged my first order because the straps were defective when they arrived. They had unraveled on the underside and rubbed against the top of my foot.

When my second order arrived, the shoes looked ok, but I did noticed that the straps were thinner than the previous Rocket dogs. Sure enough, after wearing them for 1 week, the straps have stretched out so much and have become so loose that they don't even touch the top of my foot. I don't wear them anymore as I have rolled my foot a few times now. These are the worst quality and are not at all worth the price! Throwing them in the trash!

Very unhappy with these flip flops. These were made poorly. After I wore them for a few hours the right strap was coming out of the foam part of the flip flop and started ripping the foam. I would like to either return or exchange them but there was no return label. I would like a label I could print out.
