The picture of this product is misleading. It looks as if there is full or pretty good padding or something behind the iPod which there is not. The arm strap is not for all sizes of arms, it runs small. As for the head phone storage slot, good luck with that. It does not open to allow you to put the earphones in ( I thought there would be velcro or something), you cannot slide the wires in, you cannot even get a finger in to push the wires down even. This is basically something you can get at Walmart and barely something above the quality at like dollar tree.For the last year, most things I've ordered through Amazon are low quality items which really bums me out, I used to love Amazon.

I've been wanting an armband for running for a long time. I have to listen to music while running (whether inside or outside) and always use my ipod classic. This band was a steal for the price! It is durable, my ipod fits perfectly, and the band is comfortable. Let me tell you what it can hold up through: 70mph on a motorcyle! I wore the band while out on it last weekend, and it didn't budge a bit. It made it easy for me to listen to music on the bike. I'm thinking of getting another one as a "just in case" back up or to have one for the bike and one for running!

This is great. I have a classic iPOD from several years ago -- 5, 6? My prior solution was putting it on the treadmill display and hoping that I wouldn't accidentally pull it off with the earphone cord. This is easy to use, the touch screen is fairly responsive, the band is easy to slide on and off without opening it. The iPod is very secure, despite being so heavy, with the interior velcro flap to close the pocket after putting the ipod in. My arms don't sweat horribly but the waterproof envelope seems well designed. Wish I'd bought it 5 years ago.

Meh - it's one of those items that you think will work great, but really doesn't. It checks the boxes - holes are in the right place for an Ipod classic, holds the Iopd Classic snugly, plastic is of good enough quality to make changes while the Ipod is inside. But... the neoprene doesn't slide on your arm, so to make changes to what's playing, I have to take the whole thing off. And I can't get the earbud storage to work at all. Taking it off every time is just too much hassle for me. It's going in my "I wishes it would have worked" box, not in my gym bag any more.

Great for the price and serves its purpose. The cord holder isn't as good as I expected because you have to twirl up your cord and stick it into a little space in order to keep it as the picture shows. It wouldve been better with a little velcro or snap flap. Since I do not use my ipod headphones for any other device, I just detach the cord from the ipod and leave the rest of the cord stuck into the holder. But this band is far better than others I have had as far as keeping the ipod from moving a lot on my arm, and it is hard to find a good armband for the ipod classic. Scrolling on the click wheel is not as easy through the plastic, but it is manageable. A circle can also be cut out with an Exacto knife if necessary.
