I'm very happy with these pencils. I have found a limitation when using them in combination with my soft pastel sticks (inexpensive Art Alternatives brand). I cannot put these pencils over top of the pastel sticks. The sticks will layer over the pencils just fine and I can then blend the colors together. So it's just something to be aware of.

I love these! I got them to use on my little decorative chalkboard, for which they work beautifully. But I also wanted to try them in my adult coloring book, and they were amazing! I love the way you can shade with them and add dimension to the work. I would reccoment these pencils.

These pencils give a true pastel feel, very easy to work in, easy to erase, and not messy like soft pastels. You can do really fine detail work or turn a pencil on its side for wide lines. Overall, I've been very happy with my purchase.

These would be fantastic for art projects, I am using them as a source of fine "chalk". Im an RA at college and i make chalk posters on a regular basis so its hard to write finely with actual chalk. These work great and dont crumble under pressure or use up quickly.
