My dogs pekingese, her bed and my purse fit in it nicely. I needed time to get used to manoeuvre my bike, because it is a bit heavy with my 12 pound dog and my stuff in it, but I got used to it.
I can fit in it two shopping bags (without a dog).
It is hard to park my bike with the basket loaded, as the weight would flip it over. Besides because of the basket size, it was imposible to park or hang it on a rack tight with other bikes.
Any way, while my neighbors probably hate me, I love my basket; and my dog loves it as well.

I have used the basket for grocery hauls, and it works great! I had debated on which size and style to buy, I am really glad I went with the GGGGIIIIAAAANNNTTTT one!!!!!! Installation is simple and easy and requires basic tools.

Installation onto my bike was very simple and only required simple tools that everyone should have around the house. It is large enough that it fits my 16 lb mini poodle. I lay down a small folded blanket to make it comfortable for her and I tether her with a leash to the basket. She fits perfectly in the basket and it is even large enough for her to lay down. Because this basket is so durable and sturdy, it is actually quite heavy. It makes it a little difficult to steer so you probably need some upper body strength to do so. It also takes some getting used to because the bike becomes front-heavy. It can also tip more easily if you don't position your bike the right way.

Before finding this basket, I used a woven basket that eventually started tearing from the weight of my dog and then I used a milk crate. The milk crate definitely wasn't as comfortable and was not secure because I only used zip ties. This basket is much more safe and sturdy for my dog and she loves going for bike rides in it to the park and the beach. We are both very happy with this basket. I have attached a picture of my mini poodle with her cousin. As you can see, both of them can fit when they are sitting.

This basket made me happiest doggie mom ever. Searched and searched and finally found one big enough to fit my baby. Very sturdy and strong enough for him at 22lbs. I felt comfortable riding with him miles and miles without worry. He felt safe and I felt happy. Recommend this product more than you know. Searched over 6 months before finding this gem.

I ordered a used basket in the black color. The screws, washers, and nuts cam in a ziploc bag with holes in it - which is fine since I was expecting wonky packaging for a the used product. However, I wasn't expecting that I would be inconvenienced by a missing screw (specifically, the screw that attaches to the "Upper Leg Section"/"Lower Leg Section"). The instructions for attaching this basket to a bike has similar difficulties of that of Ikea instructions - only instead of confusing pictures, is confusing words. I found some online instructions that more or less aided in my pursuit of attachment.

The only great part about this basket is it's size. The instructions could be updated to be made better, the screws I wish matched the ordered color of basket (for example, it would be great if the black basket came with screws, washers, and nuts), and I wish that I received this basket with all the necessary screws. While missing a single screw isn't the end of the world, I feel cheated that I didn't receive what that I paid for - which was a basket with all the necessary parts for attachment. And now, I have been inconvenienced to spend more time and money on a screw that should have been included.
