I've been shopping of a bench for months now. I own a lot of rogue gear and ultimately wanted to spend the money and just go with rogue. However, I decided to save and buy a cheaper bench and this is the one I ended up with.
Pro's
It's pretty solid, no rattling or movement in the cushions and metal.
It's comfortable. The pads are pretty soft, and the gap has no discomfort in the tailbone area when benching flat with a barbell
It looks cool. The padding looks like some carbon fiber stuff and makes it look great in my garage gym
Cons
I'm still trying to figure out why it's doing this, but I have this set on some horse stall mats on a flat floor. And when I try to do some step up lunges or mimic a plyometric box, it wobbles too much.
I won't be using this for kther excersizes. So far, it seems to be stable when benching.

Great Bench

Great Bench. Very easy, quick assembly, and very easy to adjust. It even has an adjustment for a 1-position decline. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's just a touch wobbly when I install the pull-up attachment -- the front foot could be a bit wider. That said, I'm still using it multiple times a week for my pull/chin-ups
It's alright.

A tad bit wobbly, the seat doesn't seem to be perfectly aligned and there is a stray stitch. For the seat alignment and the fact that it wobbles a bit, I may just have to tighten up some screws. So as for that, I would give it 4 stars.
It works fine in my home gym

This thing is alright, no complaints. It works fine in my home gym. It's stable enough. It's just not a 5 star quality kind of bench. It's a three star bench, but that's ok for the price. Overall, it's a good value and would still recommend you to get it.
Awesome piece of home gym equipment

Very sturdy bench. It will certainly stand up to heavy weight presses and last a long time. It is extremely comfortable and supportive. The multiple adjustments allow for a complete military press. The only con is that it sits a few inches lower than most of the others. Took me about 20 minutes to assemble with a socket and crescent wrench.
