Amazon's fulfillment center took the product out of its original box and then packed in the usual Amazon box with air pouches for protection. Being heavy it moved in transit and one of the bleed valves was sheared-off. Jamlyn Supply immediately offered to replace the whole assembly or send me a replacement for the broken bleed valve. As I was able to use the bleed valve off the old assembly there was no need and I installed the product and it works fine.

For me it was more practical to replace the whole unit than replacing just the popup bonnet. They charge half the price of the whole Febco which includes the bonnet for JUST the bonnet part. This came to me in perfect condition.
