Universal, my arse. I bought this for an Australian high end lockset sold in most high end fixture outlets. Kinda like buying a socket set with only SAE sockets. Where's the metric sockets? And so it goes, where's the templates for all the kool locksets out there that we really need it for. Lotta money spent here and all the wrong templates. They should back up the product with any and every template imagineable

It was missing the template I needed for my locks, called company don't even offer the size I need. Bought locks at Home Depot. Not a rare lock.
