I don't wear a lot of makeup but when I do it's usually Clinique, (hypoallergenic), and this Lip Treatment is wonderful alone or on top of lip stain. It's especially helpful during those long Maine winters which can be extremely cold, dry and harsh on skin and lips. I put it on before I go to bed and then when I put on my morning makeup and it keeps my lips from getting chapped and keeps them healthy looking all year long. I even have a second one which I carry in my pocketbook. One of my all-time favorite cosmetics.

One of my faves as far as "feel"/ "texture" go. Not entirely sure I noticed a difference in repairing my lips, but I never noticed much damage as long as I was wearing it. Slightly more expensive than I would probably pay for again, but I don't know much about lip care so perhaps this is a better deal than I even know. I'd say 8/10 overall but 6/10 for pricing- I think their may be a better deal/product- I just wouldn't know where to look.
