Ok holster, but completely defeats the purpose of a paddle holster. Terrible design. If you are getting this as a holster you can grab and just shove over your belt.....forget it. You basically have to undo your belt to get it on or off. NOT quick and easy at all. From a retention standpoint, it's spectacular.....but folks buy a paddle holster specifically so that they can grab the holstered gun and tuck it into and over the belt quick and easy. Also, taking off requires either completely undoing belt and pants. For example, if you're in an open carry state, or carrying this as "lightly concealed", but you need to go into a city building or somewhere your firearm isn't permitted.......you're standing their in the parking lot jumping around like an idiot half undressed, trying to get your holster off. I ended up ditching it and getting the Fobus......way more comfortable and easier to use as a paddle.

I'll keep it simple: This holster is an unbelievable value for the price. Buy it right now.

It's incredibly well-made and the pistol retention is second to none. You CANNOT remove your gun without activating the push plate. The IWB portion also curves nicely, such that you will probably forget you're even wearing a holster. Drawing your gun is easy, and reholstering comes with a very satisfying CLICK that lets you know the gun is fully seated. You can easily adjust the cant of the gun within just a couple of minutes. This holster does its job superbly and I would have expected to pay double the price for this kind of quality.

My only tiny complaint (and this may be seen as a positive for some) is taking the paddle out of your waist band. There's a small hook-like nub that aids retention on the draw and keeps the holster from riding up accidentally. It does its job well, but when you need to take the holster off that nub makes it a pretty difficult thing to do. I don't think they need such an aggressive hook since the gun flows out of the holster with zero resistance when you draw, but if someone is worried about a third party removing the holster and gun together during a struggle or something I could see the value. Regardless, I may shave mine down to make it easier to remove. As it is every time I go to take it off it takes two hands and it looks like there's a bee in my underwear the way I bend and twist to get the thing off.

To end on a high note, if you're a value shopper like me, buy the thing. You won't be disappointed in the least. This thing fits my Smith & Wesson SD9VE like a glove. There's no wiggle when it's fully seated, and the mechanism for retention works flawlessly. I can't believe such a great holster was such a bargain!

I spent a lot of time trying to find a holster that fit my Taurus. I was sceptical about this one working, but due to previous reviews, I went with it. This holster fits my gun great. I wouldn't say perfect, as the slide catch rubs the inside of the holster a bit. Not a big deal. Otherwise, a solid holster at a decent price. I'm happy with the product.

Fits my S&W SD9VE perfectly. It slides in and out without any damage and unholstering is smooth. When you holster it there is an audible click so you know its secure. You can adjust the angle it mounts on the paddle as well as for width of belt. If you adjust it for your size belt someone can not pull the holster up and off of you since it catches the belt. Now if someone grabs it and pulls up hitting the release just right it can be but its more secure than the old style button strap. I like it tilted slightly forward since it seems to draw smoother. Another thing I really like is how it sets on a flat surface with the weapon holstered. It keeps the weapon off surfaces and can be removed quickly. I am not a LEO and though I served in the military 20 + years ago I was not an officer or MP and never issued a sidearm. What I am saying is this holster is smooth and easy to use and I highly recommend it. You can hook it on your shorts (may need to tighten belt or string) for that late night walk with the dogs to always be protected.

I have a Springfield Armory XDM 4.5" 9mm. I had doubts that it would fit. It fits perfectly!!!

The locking mechanism leaves zero wiggle room and the holster features a "draw tensioner" to increase or decrease resistance upon draw. Great feature.

The belt size is adjustable for small to up to 2" belts. This holster also features a "inside the pant" lip to further reduce ones ability to "snatch and grab" I had my wife test this feature, it works best with a tight belt, and I'm amazed with the results. Almost no shifting in the holster. This holster sits so well I sometimes have trouble removing it from my person.

Lastly this holster features the ability to adjust your angle at which you can draw at. This feature took a little bit of tinkering to find what I was comfortable at.

Overall, Zero regrets and an amazing product for the price.
