Works great but top cap doesn't seal well which can leak

Would br a great product, except the lid came chipped - so even if it's screwed on all the way, it leaks in transport. Meaning we can't fill it the whole way, meaning we go for water more often anyway >.> hoping to get a refund or replacement.

Good product, but for the price they charge, I would expect the lid to be more tighter to avoid spills. I wont hate it though, am still using this.

Bought a few of these and one suddenly broke around the bottom, dumping all 5 gallons!. Seller replaced it. I bought these because they were made from Totan plastic and were tougher than polucarbonate...but I'm a little leary since this incident. But overall style and design are great!
