I trust Sundown, they are free of additives or dairy and they never use artificial flavors. And it shows. The days I take the vitamin b I feel calmer. I do take it with vitamin E because it helps to absorb the vitamin B.

This is the best B12 I have tried. It actually works and you feel it. I have to take 1/2 of the dropper, not full dropper. But so far I am very happy with it. Gives me that morning boost I need to get up and running and accomplishing tons of stuff. Also, seems to provide mental clarity that I was lacking in the mornings at work.

Purchased this liquid Vitamin B-12 because of the price offered on Amazon but like the Nature Made B-12 much better. This has just an okay taste and is not as good as the other brand. If someone is looking for a less sweet to the taste B-12 and needs a liquid form this is likely the one for you. If you have used Nature Made's brand and hope it is going to taste just as good -- not so much.
B-12 is supposed to helps boosts so many things like energy and metabolism but for me it did not ...

I just needed a B12 supplement because my doctor did some tests and told me I was deficient ... a month later she did lab work to see how my levels were and they had come up to the normal range ! So these work. I have the lab work that proves it .
