Easy to prepare and tastes very good. The rest is left up to the imagination on combining with soups and other foods.

This is a high quality pasta. It's worth the price, very nutritious, I have not found a better price elsewhere. Pay attention to the prep instructions and set a timer, if you cook per the notes it's perfect.

Excellent. Clean eating at it's best, these noodles have a fresh and wonderful taste. And they go with any dish. Yes, very pricey, but taste is unreal, and hard to find 100% buckwheat. Just about all other buckwheat noodles have half wheat flour, but not these. It's a splurge! And not a guilty one.
