It has worked well for me.
The pot is so large that I can use two gas burners at the same time. This way I can keep each on low so the sauce doesn't burn yet there's enough heat to keep it boiling.

Love this pot just hate cleaning it! It is great for large batches of stuff I am getting ready to can but it is very large and therefore difficult to get in a smaller sink to wash so I recommend being sure u have a large sink OR utility sink (this is what I use) to wash it in 😉
Bottom de-laminates

Like many purchasers, I bought this pot for home brewing. I was using it for a second batch yesterday, and it was full of boiling liquid, when I heard a metallic "pop". On cleanup it was clear a 3" circle of the bottom cladding had come delaminated from the stainless steel. The inside of the pot was still perfectly smooth, while the outside was bulging gently like a blister. This was on an ordinary household kitchen stove, not a high-BTU rocket burner. Can't handle boiling temperatures on household stoves? I'd not trust it to handle anything else, either.
This pot is only 32 quarts(UPDATED 04/2015)

I use this pot for home brewing beer. I've recently switched to brew-in-a-bag style brewing, and thought this pot would be big enough to handle it. During my most recent brew day, I discovered the pot is only 32 quarts, not the 35 quarts listed here. It was a very disappointing(and messy!) discovery. I've had the pot for a year, and I have no complaints about the quality of the pot(the bottom distributes heat evenly, no scorching, etc.), but I wish I had checked the actual volume of the pot sooner. If you're an extract brewer doing full boil 5 gallon batches, this pot will be fine, but if you know you'll need that extra volume, you should look for a different pot.
UPDATE(04/2015): One of the handles snapped today while I was carrying 5 gallons of wort! I managed to avoid losing the batch, but I'm still extremely disappointed. I did make almost 20 batches of beer in this pot, and while it has some good points, I can no longer recommend it.
