Very nice to have, easy to stick on

These are a great, inexpensive solution for any Dvorak typist out there. The stickers go on once and stay on very well, even with frequent typing. I've now bought two sets of these -- one for my laptop and one for my desktop. My overall experience with these stickers has been great.

A couple points to note before buying:

-- My second order of these stickers came with a crease in the sticker sheet. As a result, the Z and backslash keys keep peeling off at one corner. It's quite annoying, although not a deal breaker.
-- The U and H keys on Dvorak (F and J on QWERTY, respectively), do have a little slot for the bump on the bottom of the key surface. However, both times I've had to trim it manually with a pair of scissors. It's not hard to do, but might make the inner perfectionist cringe.
-- With Lenovo laptops that have the little TrackPoint in the middle of the keyboard, you'll have to do some extra scissor trimming to make the stickers fit. It takes a while to perfect, but it's still worth it
-- Some of the Dvorak keys, esp. the number keys, are exact duplicates of what's already on the QWERTY keyboard. I skipped taping these to my keyboard.

You'll definitely feel the stickers on the laptop, especially if you don't use a keyboard protector. But after a few months you'll get used to it.
These will slowly come off after a few months starting ...

These will slowly come off after a few months starting with the home row and moving outwards, but they remained there long enough for me to learn to type dvorak without them. I might even argue that them coming off is a feature.
Good compromise. It's hard to find dvorak keyboards

Good compromise. It's hard to find dvorak keyboards, and with many keyboards (especially the ergonomic ones) you can't just pop the keys off and rearrange them.

The visibility isn't great, especially in dim lighting. That said, if you just need to glance down occasionally these are great. If you need to stare at the keyboard while you type"¦ well, you're probably not using dvorak anyways.
An Affordable Solution for Those Needing to Switch Layouts

Update (March 9, 2016): Unfortunately, this are not quite as durable as I had hoped. Namely, the home row stickers are either worn down (probably from my fingernails) or falling off. All the other keys are still looking great, however. For some perspective, this is on a work keyboard (not shared); I work full-time and use my computer all day, so I haven't exactly been easy on these!

Also, a comment on the shininess others have noted -- I find the keys to be perfectly readable at any angle, as long as there is ample lighting.

Original review (June 6, 2015): Great! The stickers were easy to apply and blend in nicely with the keyboard. A very affordable way to "convert" any QWERTY keyboard to Dvorak without ostracizing the common folk.
Plastic softer than other brands; easier to apply

Being a Dvorak keyboard user in the IT field means having to purchase a couple of sets of these every few years. It's usually a bit of a tedious process peeling decals off a card (usually I can count on at least 2-4 letters leaving unsightly tags at the edge of the keys) and applying them can be a pain because although my fingers may know the layout, looking at a qwerty keyboard it's hard to remember which maps to what.

Not so with this set. They use a softer plastic, so it peels off the card easier (and applies more smoothly). There are notches in the home row's U and H keys that correspond with the nubs on most keyboards (read: no air bubbles), and even the decal sheet has the corresponding letter on the QWERTY keyboard printed underneath, so there is no guesswork.

I'm quite pleased with this company's decals, and will be ordering a few extra sets soon to have on hand.
