We live in So Cal, but surfing daily leaves your suit wet each morning no matter how warm. We've progressed to rinsing and drying out our suits in the shade following every session. Dirt, salt, and UV kill wetsuits. So getting them rinsed out with fresh water and drying it out in the shade is a must if you want your suit to last. This makes that easier because you get a dry suit overnight, and don't need to put it in the sun.

We haven't had it long, but clearly it dries out a 3/2 suit overnight in 50f weather.

The hanger is really large. It fits my large back zip suit with some effort as is, but wouldn't fit my wife's smaller suit. So I took the Dremmel and cut off the extra sections on the shoulders. This took about 5" off the total width, making it much easier to get inside my suit and allows it to get into my wife's suit as well. With the Dremmel and some sandpaper, I was able to get a very smooth edge.

Even with the extra shoulder sections cut off, there is still great flow through the suits and we have no issues with the modifications.

The fan is loud but does its job. If they can last more than 2 years we will be very happy. We will keep you posted.

UPDATE:

6 months of use and I can say it was 100% worth every penny. My wife's 4/3 dries out in under 12 hours on cold, damp evenings. Wonderful.

I'm now also using it to dry my bike helmet. Plop the hanger onto the helmet with the fan pointing down and in about an hour the helmet is dry. Bonus!

We ordered another based on the first. Unfortunately we got one with a bad power supply. The original power supply works fine in the new one, so it is clearly their A/C adapter. Waiting on UK to answer my warranty request.

The fan isn't super powerful so it stays quiet. But is able to fully circulate air throughout my 5mm wetsuit. Typically the wetsuit isn't completely dry the next morning (a small amount of water still around the wrist and ankles, but all major areas are dry.

Only issue that I have run into is that (as you would expect) it is large and as such harder to travel with. But looking at the picture that was expected.

Would highly recommend for anyone who does repetitive days of water activities requiring a wetsuit.
Amazing!

This is the best for drying wetsuits quick! I use on my 5ml I just Hang it up plug in and leave for hour and then turn suit inside out and finish drying. I live in Hawaii and even when i just hang suit outside on regular hanger it never really dries and sure doesn't do it fast. I totally recommend this to any diver it's worth the money! Only con is it doesn't fold down to make smaller to take on trips!
Works as Promised. Gets Rid of Stank. Fits Top Entry Suits Easily.

Though the claims of completely dry in hours is a bit of an exaggeration, it definitely kicks butt over hang drying in the shade without this device. I conducted tests on my Xcel Drylock 4/3 and my Oneill RG8 5/4. Both are medium, and both are top entry suits. There were hung on the HangAir soaking wet after my 4am session in 36 degree air and 53 degree water. Half the days it was also raining. Both suits were hung completely in the shade in my carport driveway and the high temperature on those days never topped 54 degrees.

Conclusions:

1. Easy to insert the HangAir into a medium size top entry suit.

2. After 3 hours the suits were rid of total water saturation. They were still completely damp, but if you were to put them on at this point you wouldn't be too unhappy, though not exactly pleased either.

3. After 6-7 hours, on a rainy day in the shade, the suits were dry enough to comfortably transfer to the bathroom without causing my partner to freak out. This means zero chance of dripping at this stage. Though the suit was still damp, if you tossed it on the couch and then quickly picked it up, you probably couldn't detect any residual dampness on the cushions. If you put it on for a second session, you'd be pretty happy. Considering these were hung dry, in the shade, on very cold and wet days, I consider that "dry" for all intents and purposes. If the air is dry (no rain, low humidity), the suit get's pretty dry in 6-7 hours with only residual dampness in the wrists and ankles.

4. Wetsuit stank completely gone. Like almost everyone else on the plantet, I pee in my suits - especially in the winter where the cold just makes you pee near non stop. I hadn't given my suits a good shampooing in well over three weeks (just a light rinse with a couple of gallon jugs of warm fresh water after I get out) and I surf at least once per day every single day. I was so shocked at how good my suit smelled I told my partner to smell the crotch. She couldn't detect anything and said it just smelled like a wetsuit. This is probably the most amazing feature of the HangAir. Drying a suit is easy. Getting pee smell out is tough.

I didn't give it 5 stars because it really doesn't completely dry your suit as fast as they claim, but it gets it dry enough by surfer standards.
