Not a product for pump dispensing!

I have been using this for probably 10+ years and love it. However, it is ridiculous to have it in this pump jar. The product will not come through the pump. Will not order pump again.i have always used the tube. I wish this had come with an optional plain lid so I could get rid of the pump.

OK - Yes the pump is a pain UNLESS you whack the bottom on a flat hard surface to get the VERY THICK foot balm to settle to the bottom - Have not had a single probem with it! AND THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! I use it on my sore neck and lower back too - Just ordered the gallon size to refill my little pump because it used it in a week!

The product itself is great. Makes the end of a massage very enjoyable for a client. The only problem is the pump. It literally works about 20% of the time, which is very inconvenient during a quiet massage. Also, there isn't a lot of product for the price point. All in all, maybe just get it from massage warehouse.

I have been using this product for 7 years and they changed the formula. It used to have a great thick consistency that I could work with for a good length time. Now it is like any other creme to thin!!!! i will not purchase again
