Good purchase

I bought this weight thinking it was a pair, but it only came with one. I can't use it because it's to heavy for my hands because I have Carpal tunnel surgery so my strength isn't fully back yet. But it is definitely a good weight.
Its just like the ones used at the hospital

Trying to be careful with strength training, I find this safe to use yet giving you a good weight to train with. A little too expensive to my liking though.
Same one doctors use

It doesn't affect it's function but it's bothersome. I noticed another review that said the same. I soaked the ball in hot tap water and gave it lots of vigorous rolling. It did help some. I may soak longer and try again.
