Rough Texture

I was a bit disappointed with these because some of them are very rough. They have not been sanded and are splintery on the edges. The lid does not go on easily. I think because it too, was not sanded.

The dots are not colorful, just black. Also, wood is splintery, and treated with an oil that leaves a stinky residue on your hands. Returning.
