Perfect replacement. Saved > $1000 over AC company price to replace.
Dead Gamer•October 5, 2017
Saved 700-900 in labor and 300 in parts. Dropped right in to replace the original one with a bad sleeve bearing. Took me ~30 minutes in total, but ten of that was trying to find the right sized socket for the new shorter screws that replace the original longer ones. Wish I was making 1400-1800 / hour...
The most difficult part was getting the new shorter screws to line up in the bottom right and upper left. I suggest doing the bottom right screw first as I had to use a screwdriver to prop it up so I get the right alignment. Once that was done the top left only needed a flashlight at the right angle to get the screw aligned. The longer ones were easy.
I could barely hear it starting up when I had the cover on. The old one I could here over the TV in the main level and it is in the attic.
The seller said there as no gasket provided but when I opened the package it had the new blower plus a baggie with two long, two short and a round adhesive backed foam disk that was the perfect fit over the old dried out one I replace.
What i did note was that my old one had a water drain at the bottom of the blower, The new one did not. I have another one that is three years newer and it doesn't have that drain, so all it good.
Best ~$100 I have spent.

Quick install and perfect fit made this homeowner fast and easy
TVTECH•March 2, 2017
Quick install and perfect fit made this homeowner fast and easy. It also saved me about $700 from the tip off HVAC repair companies estimates. One company told me my entire furnace had to be replaced for $2600. When I explained I was an electronics engineer and knew the fan was the problem, they just about tripped over their fat feet running out of the house. If you fan is squealing and you suspect this fan, order it. Turn off power to your furnace, and use DW-40 to lube up the squealing fan until your new fan arrives. Good luck!
Easy, simple repair for stuck motor

I am not a very handy person, but this was a very simple and easy repair... probably saved myself $500+ for an HVAC to come in and do what took me less than 30 minutes.
My motor got stuck and it turned frigid... ordered this and 2 days later it was on my doorstep!
As long as you exhibit common sense - like turning off the breaker - this was a pretty damn easy fix IMO.
Now I have heat upstairs and - more importantly - a happy wife
** By no means am I encouraging somebody with no skill to go and do this. I did a bunch of research first and found this easy for me.

exactly what I needed.I have a 10 year old or more GOODMAN home furnace. This season I switched on the furnace to make sure all is well...However all was not well. The draft inducer/that thingy that exits the exhaust up the chimney/ started making a low grinding, whiney sound.Called around the local area and found service calls were eighty bucks or more plus parts! Went online with my original draft inducer part number...that led me to a website that stated "good luck,we have your part in stock" for four hundred eighty dollars!!! took that part number, referenced it several times bouncing from website to website to amazon! the specs for this part did not match my specs exactly....my 10 year old part was 3amps, this was 2.8amps.after more research found that the rpm's must match/which they did,and the amp issue? lower power consumption!Ordered received part....which came with all the correct wires attached, which are not shown in the picture..shut the power off to the furnace, unplugged power wires, loosened the two 5/16 clamps, removed the four 1/4" screws, unplugged the vacuum line all with in 5 minutes.reinstalled in 6 minutes.tested to make sure system worked and was very surprised how quiet the new draft inducer motor was! and how quickly it was to install! and of course while I was at it I also purchased/installed new flame sensor and ignitor that was suggested to go along with this part!!all fit nicely and perfectly!now I am ready for 10 more seasons of cold weather!very happy, very please and for the price if I need another in a few years I will not hesitate to purchase again!
Quick and Easy, but Different

I did not receive the product pictured. The blower I received had no yellow cap (in fact, no cap at all) and the flywheel was different. The electrical specs were the same, though, and the fit was perfect.
The part I received was Goodman 0171m00001, and the part I was replacing was Goodman 22307501. After exhaustive research I found that the part I received is listed as as "replaces" for my old part. I wish it had been more clear that this was an updated part. Due to differences, I will be contacting Goodman to verify this is a correct part, when they are open.
The product was received quickly, and works great. Install is easy and quick. I have attached a picture of the old part (with the yellow cap, on the left) next to the new part.
