Best way I can still this up
Logan Abernathy•September 9, 2017
I generally don't review products on here unless I feel as though the product truly warrants it. That being said the he wrenches absolutely do. I'm a millwright and fairly new to the trade. It didn't take long for me to realize that big box tools just will not cut it at a sawmill, after rounding off or losing atleast a couple hundred dollars worth of he's keys I finally stumbled on these. I'm a couple months in with no signs of them giving up. On top of that the finish makes them a lot easier to find if and when you drop them. The biggest plus I've found is the clearance, these are only a few thousands under the he screws and fit tight, so tight that you have to clean the screws to get them to seat properly, which has saved me from having to use my left handed bits more than a few times. Best way I can still this up, yeah they're expensive for a set of Allen wrenches, but when you rely on your tools to keep a roof over your families head it pays to invest wisely in quality brands. Bondhus has a customer for life with me if they manage to keep the quality where it needs to be.
Best wrenches I have owned
Nebenbay•April 3, 2017
These are by far the best hex wrenches I have owned. I work in factory maintenance so I use these on a daily basis. The first thing I noticed about these is that they fit the bolts far better than any other brand I have owned. Also these are tougher than any brand I have used including Allen®. They don't bend, twist, or snap. Overall great tools.
the best I can find

This set is dollar for dollar, the best I can find. Had mine for almost five years now. They've weathered a bit, but they've never failed me. Good storage cases keep them from slipping out. If you give them a little bit of respect I feel like this could be a last ever set of wrenches. Also the different finishes help you keep the metric/sae straight.
I stick the two cases together with extra heavy duty Velcro in my tool kit.

... with high end power mobility devices and the manufacturers love to cut weight any way they can
Amazon Customer•June 27, 2016
I work with high end power mobility devices and the manufacturers love to cut weight any way they can. Unfortunately, that means lightweight alloys instead of hardened steel machine bolts. I've used cheap allen wrenches in the past and have turned a 10 minute job into an hour long headache. These Bondhus allens are the real deal. I've had the standard set for over three years with daily use. I lost my 3/16 and tried to get by with a lesser quality replacement. Big mistake. I purchased these and couldn't be happier with my new set. I rubbed them in my buddy's nose and he had to order a set himself.
Best Hex set I Own!!
Sean McCauley•April 27, 2016
I have used various hex keys over the years and this is what I have been waiting for. Half the frustration is finding what size you need and Bondhus organizes everything in a nice holder you can carry anywhere. I love how it has a standard end and ball end for tight areas. Yes you should not break the fastener with the ball end, only use it to thread it out once it is broke loose by the standard end. My only complaint is the set is missing 7mm and 9mm which honestly are odd sizes. Other than that I love this set. Buy it and you will cherish it for many years to come.
